Within the Company Overview page, you will see a new dashboard called Course Performance. This dashboard will give you a status of course completion, number of completed sessions, and the average score from all trainees.

Within the Company Overview page, you will see a new dashboard called Topic Overview. This dashboard will give insights into how teams perform on different topics in a course. You will see:

• Overall average score around topics that you created in your rubric/evaluation criteria.

• Score increase/decrease on a topic

• Score breakdown by number of sessions

• Topic strength by teams

• Team performance on a topic over a time period

• Team score vs attempts

Trainees can now rate course out of a 5-star rating system. This will help course creators understand how helpful a course was. Editors can enable ratings and make it mandatory or optional for courses. Course rating will appear in the Course management dashboard.

Upgrade your existing courses to the latest models, voices, and moods to improve overall roleplay quality and deliver a richer, more nature conversation for your teams.

If you see some courses labeled with Upgrade available it means that the course isn't utilizing the latest and greatest enhancements. These courses can be updated by clicking on the 3 dots and selecting Upgrade with AI. This will update the following aspects of the course:

• Improve AI assistant capabilities

• Further customize scoring rubric

• Enable additional language support

• Improve conversation quality

Now you can edit any existing course with the AI assistant. In the course editor, click on Edit with AI and this will open a new chat with the task creation assistant to make any adjustments.
