Step-by-Step Guide to Troubleshooting Login Issues for Second Nature

If you are unable to log in to Second Nature, follow these steps to identify and resolve the most common issues:

1. Confirmation Email

Verify Your Email: Ensure you have opened the confirmation email sent to you upon signing up. Check your inbox and spam folders for a verification email from Second Nature. Follow the instructions in the email to verify your account.

If you can not find a confirmation email, it may indicate that you have not signed up yet. Proceed to step two for more details.

2. Forgot Password

Check for an Existing Account: You might already have a Second Nature account setup. Click on 'Forgot Password' and enter your email address. You will be notified if an account exists and prompted to create a new password if necessary.

If you do not see an email to reset your password, check your spam folder. If you still do not see this email, it may indicate that your account does not exist.

3. Organizational Email Login

Check with IT: Some organizations use a single sign-on (SSO) with an organizational email login. Contact your IT department to find out if this applies to you and obtain the necessary login credentials.

If the unique identifier for the SSO login was changed, or there are issues within the SSO system, this can cause issues.
