How can I get further assistance?

Within the Second Nature app, there is an assist icon

at the bottom right corner. Click this icon to reveal a chat box where you may start a conversation with Second Nature’s support team. If you have not previously opened a ticket, the chat box will contain a link to Second Nature’s knowledge base, where you can find answers for common issues.

Enter a message in the support chat to immediately generate a ticket. You may then leave the page or wait for a response. The ticket will persist after exiting the page. An agent will respond to your ticket as soon as they are available. On average, it takes a few hours for a response.

You may create multiple tickets using the chat box if needed.
