Language Support
Last updated: April 22, 2026
Overview
Second Nature now empowers companies worldwide to train their teams in their preferred language — making role-play practice truly global and inclusive.
With support for 25+ languages, our platform bridges communication barriers, accelerates skill development, and ensures every sales professional can speak and sell naturally.
Trainees can engage in interactive conversation scenarios, and the entire training process — including the conversation, analysis, and email notifications — will be conducted in the chosen language.
Examples:
A learning and development manager in Germany can create a role play for the entire German team, ensuring relevance and fluency.
A global sales enablement team at an English-based company creates an English scenario. Offices in France, Japan, and Brazil each practice the same scenario in their native language — preserving message consistency while personalizing delivery.

How to Create a Training Role-play
Second Nature supports two main workflows for creating multilingual simulations:
Use Case 1: Native Language Creation and Practice
Select the Custom Conversation Language Template.
Create the scenario entirely in the trainee's native language.
Trainee Experience: The trainee practices the scenario in the same native language.
Example:
A German sales team practices a scenario fully in German — from the conversation to the analysis.

Use Case 2: Create in English, Practice in Any Language
Select the AI Assistant Template and create the scenario in English.
Go to Language Settings and select the available languages for trainees.

3. Trainee Experience: When starting the role play, trainees choose their preferred practice language

Important Notes
When creating a non-English simulation, all content — including evaluation guidelines, persona backgrounds, concerns, and other details — must be written in the same language the training will be conducted in.
